Fairport High School to present "Harvey" May 3-5 | Arts & Culture
The story centers around an invisible white rabbit named Harvey and his eccentric friend Elwood P. Dowd, played by Fairport senior Chris Cullen. Dowd’s invisible friend is a social embarrassment to Dowd’s sister (Claire Sabatine) and niece (Eliza Zanolli-Stiles), who live with him.
His sister’s attempt to get Dowd committed to a mental institution leads to a comedy of errors, which in turn leads to a mending of some family wounds and some unexpected romance.
The cast also includes Annalise Baker, Shelby Buckman, Alex Charron, Thaddeus Cook, Blake Ellis, Teal Keaton, Kyle King, Sarah Schum, and Kate Zasowski.
