Fairport man charged with DWI | Crime
Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested a Fairport man with drunk driving.
Richard Passero is charged with DWI, criminal possession of a controlled substance and insufficient tail lights.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10000 bond.
Passero is due back in court at a later date.
